Calorie Notebook is a comprehensive mobile application for mindful nutrition, meal planning, and saving body and health-related measurements. It combines a calorie diary, product and dish analysis, a nutrition calculator, and modules for recording body measurements, glucose readings, and blood pressure in one convenient place. The app helps users not only count calories, but also better understand what they eat and how it affects their goals.

• Search and analyze food products: Search for products and check detailed nutritional values, including macronutrients, vitamins, minerals, and many other parameters.
• Create your own dishes: Combine products into ready-made dishes and recipes, save your own compositions, and use them later in the diary.
• Daily diary and balance: Add products and dishes to a specific day, save completed days, and analyze your weekly intake balance.
• Your own product database: Add your own products, edit existing entries, and tailor the database to your individual needs.
• Glycemic index and product measures: For selected products, you can save the glycemic index and use your own measures such as teaspoon, tablespoon, glass, or portion sizes.
• Nutrition calculator: Calculate basal and total metabolic rate, BMI, water needs, and an estimated macronutrient distribution. The app takes into account date of birth, sex, activity level, and goal.
• Body measurements: Save body weight and additional measurements such as circumferences, body fat, water, muscle, and other custom parameters.
• Measurements module: Save blood pressure and glucose readings by day and review your measurement history.
• Backups: Create and restore backups of selected data such as products, dishes, days, measurements, and settings.

Privacy Policy

Calorie Notebook respects user privacy.

All nutrition data, meals, products, body measurements, glucose measurements, blood pressure measurements and backups are stored locally on the user’s device or in a location selected by the user. These data are not automatically sent to the developer.

Data storage and deletion

Most user data in Calorie Notebook, including nutrition data, meals, products, body measurements, glucose measurements, blood pressure measurements and app settings, is stored locally on the user’s device.

The developer does not have automatic access to this locally stored data.

Users can delete locally stored data directly in the application, where applicable, or by removing the application from their device. If the user creates backup files, the user decides where those files are saved and is responsible for deleting them from the selected storage location.

Purchase and subscription-related data is processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Google Play account. Data processed by third-party services is handled according to their own privacy policies and retention rules.

Optional error reports

The only data that may be sent to the developer are optional error reports voluntarily sent by the user via email.

Error reports are not sent automatically. The user decides whether to send a report and can review the full email content before sending it.

An error report may contain technical information such as device model, device brand, operating system version, application version, and diagnostic details related to the reported problem.

These data are used solely to diagnose and fix issues related to the application.

Error report emails may be retained by the developer for no longer than 90 days or less if the reported issue is resolved earlier.

If a user wants to request deletion of any data that may have been sent to the developer, for example through an error report, they can contact the developer at sr.pl.241@gmail.com.

The application does not automatically send body measurements, glucose measurements, blood pressure measurements, meals, products or nutrition data to the developer.

Data transmitted in connection with subscriptions, purchase verification or optional error reports are sent using secure transmission methods where applicable.
